By-Law Enforcement

The Rural Municipality of Whitemouth By-Law Enforcement Officer Kurt Henry is responsible for enforcing all current By-Laws of the Municipality. 

By-Law Enforcement is not a 24-hour emergency service. Having an administrative function, he will respond to complaints submitted to the office.

If ratepayers have concerns about possible by-law infractions, a complaint must be filed at the municipal office in writing or by email including contact information.
